Connected by bridge to St. Armands Key, which is then connected to Sarasota, residents can easily enjoy the many shops, boutiques, restaurants and cultural attractions downtown Sarasota and St. Armands Circle have to offer. To the north, the island connects to Anna Maria Island, which then connects to Bradenton. While Longboat Key does feature a few mobile homes with deeded beach access for as little as the $120,000 range, many of the properties here are far more luxurious and pricey. Waterfront homes, for example, typically cost anywhere from $500,000 to $20 million or more. Luxury condos, on the other hand, generally cost anywhere from $450,000 to more than $7 million.
